I Have Asthma a True Story

I Have Asthma a True Story ~ “My name is Dawn and I have asthma, this is my expereince. On a recent trip to AZ, I was reminded that I am apparently allergic to the entire state. I had a massive asthma attack. For hours I was coughing so hard and so deeply that I could actually feel the tissue in my lungs tearing and could taste blood on my breath. The pain in my chest was awful. My throat visibly swelled up and became very raspy and sore. I needed to calm the cough and relieve the pain.

I did a quick internet search for oil remedies. Since I was traveling, I did not have every oil with me. But I did the best I could with what I had. I ended up combining coconut oil with frankincense and rosemary. I put it in my mouth, gargled with it, and used the ‘swish and pull’ method. I then applied the same mixture topically to my throat and chest. The relief was immediate! I couldn’t believe it. As bad as I was feeling, this treatment instantly relieved the pain, brought down the swelling, and calmed the cough. I was actually able to sleep through the night without discomfort. Yet another experience to show this stuff works!”

In an emergency asthma situation Dawn was able to find something in her little bag of oils she always carries when traveling. Her story not only goes to show the power of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils but their versatility. You will find that unlike over the counter medications or even prescription drugs, essential oils can be used in a myriad of ways. The blend Breathe is a combination of oils that are very helpful in easing respiratory issues.

Thanks Dawn for sharing your story!
